Starting November 1st, 2025, BCHC is accepting Online Appointment Bookings for select types of appointments. This service is available 24/7 to BCHC clients through a secure and private portal that links with our Electronic Medical Record.

Our online appointment booking is available 24/7 through OCEAN, a secure and confidential portal integrated into our electronic medical records (EMR). The online booking system should NOT be used for a medical emergency. Should you require immediate attention, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
Booking Your Appointment
You may book an appointment for primary healthcare services by simply clicking on the BOOK ONLINE NOW link above. If you do not see an available appointment, or if the type of appointment you require is not available, please call the BCHC reception at 705-734-9690. At this time, only in-person appointments (new concern or follow-up) can booked online.
IMPORTANT: Please add the reason for booking the appointment in the space provided.
When booking online, please remember:
- One person per booked appointment: We cannot accommodate add-ons, for example a spouse being seen at the same time. Please book one person per appointment slot only.
- Book under the patient being seen: Book under the child, not the parent, if the appointment is for the child.
Primary Care Providers

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call the office at least 24 hrs before your scheduled appointment time or click on the Cancel/Reschedule link in the email confirmation you received at the time of booking.
